Join ICAN Club on July 28, 2020 to discuss the concept and practices of  CULTURAL HUMILITY, which should become fundamental in the era of globalisation, coming out and decentralisation.

Cultural humility is about opening up, readiness to listen and hear people who might be somewhat different from you, stopping being judgemental and becoming cooperative. Cultural humility is a way of avoiding or overcoming frictions and conflicts, and also of engaging all kinds on people in the process of making our world a better place to live in.

To get the most of the discussion, it is highly recommended that the participants familiarise themselves with the concept and the key terms, such as equality, equity, inclusion, fairness, personal, social and cultural identity and others. The video can be a good starting point.
